These are sort of like a fruit crisp or a pie with an oat crumble topping, but just in bar form. There’s a layer of fruit sauce/jam in the middle. Flavors include:

Date Bars
Similar to the Crumble Bars above, these have a filling made from dried dates, and have the added ingredient of walnuts to the crust and topping.

Blondies

Madeleines
Madeleines are small, shell-shaped French cakes/cookies. (I think of them as cake, but there is a lot of debate about that.) They are often partially dipped in chocolate, and can be topped with various things. So, these are quite customizable as well.

Speculoos Cookies (Winter)
Delicious spiced crispy cookies made using a snowflake cookie stamp. (These are personally one of my favorites. This is also the type of cookie used to make cookie butter…see above about my Cookie Butter-Stuffed Snickerdoodles.)

Yule Log/Buche de Noel (Winter)
Chocolate cake that is layered with buttercream (generally vanilla or mint, but other flavors are possible), then rolled into a log shape. Can simply be dusted with powdered sugar, or can be coated in melted chocolate.
Full size for $40; half size for $20
*What is a praline? It’s essentially a process of caramelizing nuts/seeds and then grinding them down in a food processor to create crunchy sweet bits.
